Booking Policy

By making a payment, you agree to our Regular Terms & Conditions and Booking Cancellation Terms.

How to Reserve

1. Check availability first
   Call 8393928065 to confirm dates and camp options before sending any advance.
2. Pay the advance
   To hold your slots (Camp/Tent/Cottage/Tour), pay 30% of the total package cost as an advance.
3. Payment methods
   We accept Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
4. Booking confirmation
   After your payment reflects in our account, we will send a confirmation by email or WhatsApp with:
   • Camp address
   • Camp manager’s contact number
   • Payment status
   • Check-in and check-out dates
     We will also share your booking details with the camp manager.

Child Policy

• 6–11 years: 50% of the applicable adult charge when sharing with parents.
• Below 5 years: No additional charge when sharing with parents.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation rules apply to the advance amount you paid.
• No refund in the event of natural calamities.
• More than 15 days before arrival: Full refund, minus ₹500 cancellation fee.
• 15 days to 0 days before arrival: No refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Important Terms & Conditions

(Applies to all camping and rafting packages)

• No refund if a guest chooses not to stay for personal reasons. RishikeshCamp.in provides the same camp and package listed on the website. Please review all details before booking (facilities, distance from parking, photos, etc.).
• Early check-in or late check-out does not qualify for a discount.
• No refund if any adventure/activity is canceled due to Acts of God or bad weather.
• If your group size reduces after booking, the total package cost remains unchanged.
• The advance reserves your slots (Camps/Tents/Cottages) for your travel dates. Your booking remains provisional until 100% payment is received by the camp.
• Advance is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance payment is due at check-in (11:00 AM), payable in cash.
• If the camp does not receive the full balance between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day of check-in, the booking is treated as canceled by the guest, and no refund will be issued.
• If a guest refuses to pay the full balance at check-in, the booking stands canceled by the guest, with no refund.
